One of the biggest challenges in my business is finding the right balance between education and transaction. Clients come to me wanting a good deal and a stress-free process. While I'm committed to educating them, I also understand that's not always what they're looking for. The challenge lies in being informative without overwhelming the client. I take solace in knowing that I always provide truthful and varied options, which I believe builds trust over time.
